Super Bowl Fever

4f2f4b4fdb6b2.imageSuperbaugh XLVII?? February 3, 2013 will be a date in history for many reasons. Firstly, it will be the first Superbowl to feature two (2) brothers (John – Ravens & Jim Harbaugh – 49ers) as opposing head coaches. Secondly, this will be Ravens and Ray Lewis’ 2nd bowl game in 12 years since winning MVP at Super Bowl XXXV. Will XLV(II) which also has a #2 portend good luck for the Ravens and a 2nd ring for Lewis in his final game?? Another unique factor about this bowl game is that it will feature 15 Big Ten products including bpBernard Pollard (Purdue’s “Bonecrusher” – #31). Will 49ers enter the  history annals by tying with Steelers for the most Super Bowl wins or will Ray Lewis lead the Ravens to an epic grand finale as the curtains close on his career?? We can only wish both sides the best as they slug it out on Sunday.
